Bank Alfalah Ltd is looking for energetic and talented candidates to fill in the following full-time positions for its Retail and Islamic Banking network nationwide.
1. COUNTER SERVICES OFFICER(S)
This Is a regular position in branch banking for fresh/experienced Individuals with defined career path. Candidates will be responsible for providing a high level of service to customers of the Bank in terms of cash transactions, clearing, remittances and account opening. Candidates must be self-motivated and able to perform in a challenging environment.
Qualification: Graduates with minimum 14 years of education from HEC recognised university/college with at least 2nd Division in SSC or 50% base marks in later academic qualifications. Candidates with more than 16 years education are ineligible.
Age: Maximum 24 years as on 30th June, 2017. Age may be relaxed by 1-2 years for candidates having 1-2 years experience as cashiers/tellers with other banks.
2. ASSOCIATE RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS)
This is a regular position in Asset/Trade function for Fresh graduates offering them a well-defined career path in the field of SME/Commercial Financing and Trade. The ideal candidate should have a strong aptitude for financial and business analysis, ability to understand banking regulations regarding SME/Commercial Financing and Trade, strong MIS creation ability and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidates must be self-motivated and able to perform in a challenging environment.
Qualification: Graduates with minimum 16 years of education from HEC recognized institute with at least 3.0 CGPA or 60% plus marks in last degree. Prior education in Banking and Finance, ACCA, ICMA and other relevant education will be preferred.
Experience: Fresh graduates or with up to 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Age: Maximum 26 years as on 30th June, 2017. 3.
RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE(S)
This is a regular position for self-motivated and enthusiastic team players with a strong aptitude for sales. The ideal candidate should be an extrovert with a pleasant personality and strong communication skills and willing to deliver on assigned targets in a challenging environment.
Qualification: Minimum 14 years of education from HEC recognised institute with at least 2.5 CGPA or 50% at the time of graduation. Candidates with 16 years completed education will be preferred.
Experience: Fresh graduates or with up to 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in Banking/Financial Sector.
Age: Maximum 26 years as on 30th June, 2017.
