Remuneration:
Deputy Manager (Fire) -> The Annual remuneration in terms of cost to company (CTC) is ₹ 16.57 lakhs for the above position.
Company Secretary -> VP Level - Total CTC of ₹ 36.19 lakhs per annum, GM Level - Total CTC of ₹ 30.64 lakhs per annum.
Qualification and Experience:
Deputy Manager (Fire) ->
(1) 1st Class B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. (Fire Engineering) from a reputed Institute.
(2) Minimum 9 years of post qualification experience (as on 1st Aug, 2017) with through knowledge of operations and use of basic safety & fire fighting system / equipment's in the Hydrocarbon Industry.
Company Secretary ->
(1) Should have passed the final examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and should be an Associate / Fellow Members of ICSI. (Mandatory)
(2) Additional qualification of Bachelor Degree in Law(LLB) from a recognized University in India (Preferable).
(3) Post Qualification Experience should be minimum 20 / 22 years respectively as on closing date.
