  • Receipt of particulars of teachers(AEs/CEs/Spl.Asst)  working in Schools from DyEOs/MEOs(School Assistant lists shall be called for from DyEos  and SGTs list from MEOs) Date :-25-02-2017
  •  Consolidation of subject wise teachers'  list subject wise medium wise in  the office of the DEC(to appoint AEs and CEs) Date:- 11-03-2017
  •   Display of teachers'  list seniority wise subject wise on website or other  method through DyEOs/MEOs/  Unions. 15-03-2017
  •  Receipt of objections if any from teacher unions. Date:- 20-03-2017
  • Updating of teachers list Date:- 21-03-2017
  •  Preparation of appointment orders to AEs/CEs Spl.  Asst.  on the basis of 6.  number sent by office of the Director of Government Examinations AP., Hyderabad(30%  of the AEs shall be appointed extra to meet the shortage due to absent or exemptions on medical grounds only) Date:-24-03-2017
  •   Dispatch of appointment orders to AEs l CEs Spl.  Assts,  through Head    Masters concerned,  with instruction to relieve the School Assistants to concerned to report to spot.  Date:- 26-03-2017 to 28-03-2017

*DEOg are requested to adhere to the schedule strictly.  Issue Appointment Orders in the ratic of 1:13"Under any circumstances Spot Appointments shall not be made.

  5. Attenders ( one for each 100 candidates) Rs.12/- per day
  6. Waterman (one for each 50 candidates) Rs.10/- per day
